• Shared hosting packages
• Reseller hosting plans

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not refundable after delivery:

• VPS Hosting: Once your VPS is provisioned and delivered, it is non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the service.
• RDP Hosting: RDP services are non-refundable after delivery. Refunds only apply if we are unable to provide the service.
• Dedicated Servers: Dedicated servers are non-refundable after provisioning. Refunds only if we fail to deliver.
• Domains: Domain registrations and transfers are final and non-refundable once processed.

These services require provisioning of dedicated resources, hardware, or domain registrations that cannot be reversed after delivery.

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Web Hosting: Within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund on cPanel web hosting plans.
• Service Failure: If we fail to deliver any service (VPS, RDP, Dedicated Servers) due to technical issues or other reasons.
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or if there was a billing error.
• Fraud Prevention: In cases of fraudulent transactions, refunds will be processed after verification.

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 24-48 hours
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days (depending on bank)

Conditions and Exceptions
